Edgar Linville

Pelham – Edgar Donald Linville, 85, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Moses Cone Hospital. He was born in Guilford County on May 10, 1934 to the late Earl Frank and Nora Conklin Linville.

Edgar retired from the US Army where he worked in communications then later retired from GKN as an inspector.  He was an animal lover, a gun enthusiast and a constitutional fanatic.

Survivors include his brothers, Thomas Linville (Alice) of Missouri; Charles Linville (Ingrid) of Virginia; sisters, Delores Mills (I.B. Mills, Jr.) of Graham; Mona Straughn of Gibsonville and Beverly Stewart of Burlington.

Prior to his passing, Edgar had requested that no services take place.
