Burlington – Mrs. Ebbie Murray. November 12, 1930 – February 13, 2021

Graduated to Heaven today. She is now sitting at the feet of Jesus thanking Him for dying on the cross and rising again to make her graduation possible.

Mrs. Ebbie always wanted to be known as a servant of the King of Kings.

“Jesus came first in my life, and then the great blessing of being a mother to my five children which were born to my husband W.L. and myself in our 44 year marriage when my husband passed away. I now join in Heaven two of my five precious children Sharon and Steve and my daughter in law Shirley who became my daughter.

I leave behind my younger sister Louise (Culberson) Micka and her husband Paul of Asheboro; my oldest child William Leach Murray III of Liberty and his two children: Heather of California and William of Michigan; my daughter Betsy and my son in law Len who became my son of Belmont, Michigan and their three children: Dr. Philip Nowicki and his wife Sara from Ada, Michigan, Stephen Nowicki and his wife Briana of Rockford, Michigan and Anna (Nowicki) Jessee and her husband Chris of Bloomington, Indiana; my youngest child Mickey Murray and his wife Yolanda who became my daughter and their four children: Daniel Murray and his wife Stephanie, Caleb Murray, Eleasah Joy Murray and Nate Murray of Ontario, Canada; four granddaughters who are the children of Steve Murray my late son and his wife Patti: Crystal (Murray) Jolley and her husband Herb of Snow Camp, Tiffany (Murray) Bridges and her husband Lynn of Snow Camp, Toshia Murray of Bennett, and Tabatha (Murray) Watts and her husband Zachary of Bonlee; 21 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many brothers, sisters, children and grandchildren in Christ who have become my family.”

First I was a servant of God.

2nd I was a Mother.

3rd I was a Nurse.

4th I was a Missionary.

All is well with my soul.
