E. Bryant

Elizabeth Caroline Bryant, 61, of 1708 Oklahoma Ave., died on Monday, June 12, 2006 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. She was born in Caswell County, daughter of the late Jonathan Byrd and Susie Mabe Bryant. Caroline was an employee of Gold Toe Brands and attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She is survived by her sisters, Louise Bryant and Brooks B. Ogden, both of Burlington, Genevieve B. Barnes and her husband Grady of Franklinton and Christine Massey of Yanceyville; brother, Marshall Bryant and his wife Hilda of Burlington and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Ruby Bryant, Gladys Poteat and infant sister, Helen Marie Bryant. The funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints by Bishop Michael Doyle. Burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 Tuesday evening at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the residence. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Fast Offering Fund, 712 S. Williamson Ave., Elon, NC 27244.
