Donald Thompson

Donald Wayne Thompson, age 50, of 2203 Melrose Dr. passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at his home. A native of Alamance County, he was the son of the late Edgar John Thompson, Jr. and Judy Hill Wall who survives. Survivors include his mother, Judy Hill Wall and step father, Michael Wall of the home; sisters, Tina Gentry and husband Ronnie of Jonesville and Jamie Wall of Burlington; brother, Terry Thompson; 8 nieces and nephews and 7 great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Edgar and Lola Mae Thompson, Sr. and Jack and Hallie Hill; step sister, Tracy Wall;step grandmother, Lynn Hill. There will be no funeral service. The family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory from 6-8pm on Saturday, July 21, 2012 and at other times the home of the mother.
