Diane Foust

Diane "Nanny" Foust, 69, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born in Alamance County and was the daughter of the late Ernest Lee Bare, Sr. and Cornelia Mae Anderson Bare. Diane was married for 43 years to Bruce "Butch" Foust who survives. She was a homemaker and a member of Truth in the Word Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, Bruce, children, Tammy Shambley, Konny Bridges, John Wayne McFatter, Tammy Jean McFatter and Angie Garner; fifteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and siblings, Angelia Wright, Tim Bare, Vickie Bare and Steve Bare. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Ernest Bare, Jr. and David Bare

The funeral will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Howard Blough with interment to follow in Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2-4 Saturday afternoon at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
