Dennis Bruce Honeycutt, 75, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Alamance Regional Medical Center after several months of failing health. A native of Alamance County, he was born October 12, 1947 to the late Ava Lee Honeycutt and Rachel Porter Wilson.
Dennis was the owner of Brian’s Photo, specializing in daycare photography. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with his family and was also an avid guitar player, singer and NASCAR fan. Dennis was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his son, Richard Brian Honeycutt (Melissa); grandchildren, Tristin Trotter (Cody), Megan McDaniel (Caleb), Abigail Honeycutt and Mason Hawks; great grandchildren, Carson McDaniel and Wyatt Trotter; brother, Dannie Honeycutt and sister, Sylvia Spencer (Ted).
A service to celebrate his life will be held 2:00pm on Friday, December 30, 2022 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Darrell Massey with the burial to follow at Graham Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:45 prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dennis’ memory may be made to your favorite charity.
