David Sutton

David D. Sutton, 50, of 516 North 2nd St. died Sunday October 2, 2005 at his home after 10 months of failing health due to a brain tumor. He was the husband of Mindy Boone Sutton and son of the late Dallas and Oteleyn Smith Sutton. A native of Alamance County he was a homebuilder, devoted husband, father and grandfather. Survivors include his wife Mindy Sutton of the home, daughters; Ashleigh N. Boone of the home, Crystal D. Sutton of Asheboro, Heather R. Mills of Beckley, sons; David A. Sutton of the home and Shawn D. Sutton of Burlington, five grandchildren, brothers; Bucky Sutton of Mebane, Lee Sutton of Eden, Denny Sutton of Burlington, Tommy D. Sutton of Mebane, sisters; Mrs. Bob Wilson of Eden, Dale S. Keitz of Dallas, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at 2:00pm at Longs Chapel United Church of Christ Cemetery by Rev. Bobby Fann. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 6 to 8 and at other times at the home.
