David Bason

David Patton Bason, 57, of 117 Victoria Lane, traveled home to be with God on Thursday Dec. 14, 2006 following a nine year battle with brain cancer. He was the son of Paul Morgan Bason and the late Ruby Garner Bason. David was the husband of Donna Parker Bason for 32 and a half years. He was a loving husband, father and son whose dry wit and humor will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his wife of the home, sons; Bradley Richard Bason of Charlotte, Bart David Bason and his wife Samantha Lee Bason of Gibsonville, Brian Thomas Bason of Charlotte, his father of Burlington, a sister Judy Wise and her husband Denny of Graham, brothers; Tom Bason of Gainesville, GA, Mike Bason and his wife Sue of Oak Island. NC, Rick Bason and his wife Tammy of Greensboro, NC. There will be a celebration of David's Life at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Community Home Care & Hospice, 1426 E.
