Daniel Mize

Gibsonville - Daniel Adam Mize, 29, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 10, 2017 at Alamance Regional Medical Center following several years of failing health. He was born in Orange County on November 15, 1987 to Christopher Dean Mize and Wanda Yvonne Mills Mize of the home.
Daniel attended Carolina Christian Church where he loved spending time with his church family. He was an avid Duke Basketball fan and enjoyed playing pool. He was a loving son, brother and uncle and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Daniel is survived by his parents of the home; sisters, Tammy Elmore (David), Candice Ashe (Preston); brothers, Jason Mize (Kristin), Josh Mize (Robyn); nephew, Darren; nieces, Anabella, Natalie, Norah, Madelyn, Charlotte, Lillie, Calla, Katie, Abby, Cammie, Layla; paternal grandmother, Shirley Mize; maternal grandfather Eugene Mills and numerous aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert Mize; maternal grandmother, Tina Mills and his uncle, Mark Mize.
A service to celebrate his life will be held 11:00am on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Carolina Christian Church by Rev. Mark Mitchell. The family will receive friends following the service at the church and other times at the home.
