Danial Moore

Danial "Danny" Hosea Moore, age 34, of Graham., passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2013 after a sudden illness. A native of Alamance County, he was the son of James Larry Moore and Katherine Gossett Moore, who both survive and was married to Renita Ann Poteat Moore, who survives. Danny was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt, fish and care for his beloved Pit Bulls. He was of the Christian faith. Danny never met a stranger and was always ready to help others in need. He loved his family and his Lord and was a spiritual man. He enjoyed being a loving husband and father. Danny is survived by his wife of the home; two daughters, Daisha Nicole Moore and Tamira LaShey Bigelow, both of the home; his mother of Elon; his father of Hillsborough; special grandparents, Hosea "Papa" and Nancy "Granny" Wyrick of Elon; three brothers, Brian Moore and his wife, Nikki, of Graham, Timothy Moore of Graham and Jonathan Moore of Mason; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving grandmother, Georgia Toombs. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Brother Larry Taylor and Brother Adam Watkins. Interment will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00 1:45 Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
