Craig Eugene Hedrick

Craig Eugene Hedrick, 52, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, July 17, 2023 in his home surrounded by his loving family.

Craig worked with the City of Greensboro for over 16 years in the Water Resources Department as well as was a former employee with the City of Gibsonville.  He was a people person and enjoyed working alongside his coworkers.  Loved to watched the Oakland Raiders play football on Sundays but most importantly he enjoyed spending time with his grandson Luke. 

Craig was survived by his wife of 30 years; Wendy Tatum Hedrick, son; Alex Craig Hedrick and wife, Lauren, grandson who he adored; Luke David Hedrick, brother; Michael Hedrick, sister; Amanda Hedrick, niece; Sierra Hedrick, nephew; Nathan Hedrick.  He was preceded in death by his father; Roy Hedrick. 

A private service to celebrate Craig’s life will be held at a later date. 

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at AuthoraCare Hospice for their kind and compassionate care of Craig during his illness.
