Clyde Jerry Walker

     Mr. Clyde Jerry Walker, age 84, of Graham, passed away on Monday. April 7, 2025 at Alamance Regional Medical Center due to complications from a fall.

     Born in Caswell County, he was the son of the late Clyde Andrew Walker and the late Helen Somers Walker McKinney and was married for 58 years to Mrs. Justina Moore Robinson Walker, who survives. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was the owner and operator of Walker’s Frame Shop for over 15 years. He was a member of St. Luke’s Community Church and was an avid woodworker during his retirement.

     Mr. Walker is survived by his wife of the home; two brothers, Dr. Eddie A. Walker (Peggy) and Danny S. Walker (Diane) and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Johelen Walker and five brothers, Donny Walker, Tony A. Walker, Bobby D. Walker, John L. Walker and Andy A. Walker.

     A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 12, 2025 at St. Luke’s Community Church by Rev. Jeff Chewning and Dr. Eddie A. Walker. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 1:45 PM Saturday prior to the service at the church.

     In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Luke’s Community Church at 752 Greenwood Dr., Burlington, NC 27217.
