Clarice Cisler

Burlington, NC Clarice Mamie Lawrence Cisler. Age 96, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 24, 2012. She was born in Sharon, Ohio to the late Pearley C. and Jesse M. Steen Lawrence. Clarice spent most of her adult life in Canton, Ohio. She was married for 68 years to the late Lewis Delbert Cisler. Clarice was a homemaker and member of Lowell United Church of Christ. She was a member of the White Shrine and a Girl Scout leader for many years. She is survived by her daughters, Janet Dodge and her husband, Dave of Burlington and Joyce Stock and her husband, Don of Peculiar, Missouri; son, John Cisler and his wife, Janet of Linden, Michigan; six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers and two sisters. A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2012 at Sharon Cemetery in Sharon, Ohio. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 3229 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45229-3095.
