Elon Christine "Christy" Yount Page, 58, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2009 at the Hospice Home after a four month battle with cancer. Ms. Page was born in Shelby, NC to the late James William and Corrina Campbell Yount. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Chrystal and Dave Bachmann of Charlotte; son and daughter-in-law, Denny and Kristin Page of Mebane; grandchildren, Dillon Page, Madison Page, Savannah Bachmann, Preston Bachmann; sisters, Cherry Yount of High Point and Kathy Yount of Morrisville; nephew Brad Yount and wife, Jean; and great nephews, Bradley and Alex. Ms. Page was a 40 year member of Bethlehem Christian Church, where she sang in the choir and and played violin. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 28th at Bethlehem Christian Church by Rev. Dave Gilbert. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home on Monday evening from 6 until 8.
