Charles Towler

Burlington-Charles Kelly Towler, age 62 passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at the Hospice Home after several months of failing health. He was the son of the late Jesse Albert Towler and Mildred Laverne Jones Towler. Charles was a former employee of Carolina Biological and member of Davis Street United Methodist Church. He was a former Commander and member of SCV Camp # 813 and reenacted with the 6th NC Troops on battlefields throughout the south. Charles enjoyed trout fishing and spending time outdoors. He is survived by his sister, Martha T. Wagoner and her husband, Charles of Graham and a niece, Jessica Wagoner. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th, 2014 at 7:00 pm at K & W in Burlington in the banquet room. All officers and members of surrounding SCV camps are invited to attend the service.
