Charles Powers, Sr.

Charles Steven Powers, Sr., 62, of Pelham passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. He was born in Guilford County and was the son of the late William Floyd and Nola Ellen Comer Powers. He was the owner and operator of Stone Creations. He is survived by his children, Steven Bambi Powers of Pelham, Cheree Powers of Haw River, Tomie Garmon and Kelly O'Brien; grandchildren, Hank Victoria, Chance, Chris, Caroline and Caleb; great grandson on the way, Roman Dennis; sister, Pat Powers and a brother, Tommy Powers. A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday at True Light Baptist Church in Gibsonville by Pastor Tommy Marley. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Friday evening at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory.
