Catherine Coyle

Burlington – Catherine Ann (Lehan) Coyle, 77, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021 at the Hospice Home. She was born in Kings County, NY on September 3, 1943 to the late Edward and Mary (Kavanagh) Lehan and was the wife of 58 years to the late Bruce Stephen Coyle.

Catherine was a devoted wife and mother to her three children. She enjoyed spending quality time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was an active member of her church and enjoyed the friends that she made through the Catholic Daughters Organization and the Association of Salesian Sisters.

Catherine loved laughing with family and friends, family holidays, cooking, swim class at the YMCA and the Circle C Club. She also liked spending a day out shopping looking for the best deals.

Survivors include her sons, Christopher Coyle (Brenda), Scott Coyle (Dana); daughter, Patricia Crowley (Timothy); grandchildren, Shannon Dexter (Dan), John Coyle, Jennifer Carey (Craig), Lauren Hurley (Michael), Christine Crowley, Nicholas Corcoran, Nina Corcoran; great grandchildren, Avery Carey, Paul Carey, Hadley Hurley; brothers, Edward, James, John Lehan (Ann) and a sister, Eileen Hoetzel. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and a brother, Patrick Lehan.

On Friday July 9, 2021 family and friends will be received for the wake between 12:30 and 2:15pm at Lowe funeral home and a funeral Mass will follow to celebrate Catherine’s life at 2:30pm in the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel.
