Cassie Kennedy Lineberry, 99, of 4208 Alamance Rd. died Saturday, April 8, 2006 at Alamance Regional Medical Center after three weeks of a critical illness. A native of Moore County, NC, she was the wife of the late Arthur Lewis Lineberry and the daughter of the late Charles Luther and Nettie Garner Kennedy. She retired from Kayser Roth Hosiery with 50 years of service and continued to work and retired from Holt Manufacturing. She was a member of Alamance Lutheran Church and the Golden Rule Sunday School class and a member of the Alamance Golden Agers. She had a great love for gardening and beautiful flowers. Mrs. Lineberry was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother whose kindness and grace touched us all. We will always miss her. She is survived by one son; Roger Lineberry and wife Pat of Alamance, daughter; Delna L. Antaki and husband Albert of Virginia Beach, VA, grandchildren; Jay Lineberry and wife Angel of Lexington, Melissa Missy Lineberry of Alamance, great grandchildren; Arrington and Catherine Lineberry, sister; Leola Snider of Ashboro, brother; Howard Kennedy of Alamance, and faithful companion Chels the Sheltie. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers; Sidney, Hughie and Harden Kennedy. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at 3:00pm at Alamance Lutheran Church by Rev. James Lockley. Burial will follow at St. Pauls Lutheran Church. Mrs. Lineberry will remain at the funeral home until being taken to the church thirty minutes prior to the service to lie in state. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8pm at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and at other times at the home. Memorials may be made to Alamance Lutheran Church, P.O.
