Carol Fleenor

Burlington-Carol Lynn Fleenor, 71, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2020. She was a longtime resident of the Murdoch Developmental Center in Butner, NC.  She was a native of Alamance county and the daughter of the late Wilbur Winston and Martha Sparks Fleenor.

Carol enjoyed taking trips with her friends at Murdoch. She enjoyed dressing up and shopping for new outfits. Carol enjoyed her life and brought much happiness to her family and friends.

She is survived by her brother, John Fleenor of Greensboro; sister-in-law, Julia Fleenor of Efland and nephew, Jacob Fleenor of Efland and a special friend, Jan Boyd Grant of Mebane. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Scott Fleenor.

A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, August 31, 2020 at 11:00am at Alamance Memorial Park.
