Cadd Moon

Cadd Henry Ted Moon, 88, of 3192 Inge Rd. died on Friday, May 26, 2006 at Beverly HealthCare of Greensboro. He was born in Alamance County and was the husband of Mary Taylor Pritchard Moon, who survives. Ted was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII serving with Company H in the 67th Medical Regiment and earning four bronze service stars and a purple heart. He retired from Burlington Mills and attended First Baptist Church of Haw River. He is survived by his wife of the home, son, Fred Moon of CA; stepson, Paul Pritchard, Sr. and his wife Amy of Burlington; granddaughter, Katie Wall of Spartanburg; great grandchildren, Alexandra and Deborah Wall. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Inez Davis Moon; parents, William and Rilla Piles Moon; two sisters and two brothers. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at Alamance Memorial Park with Rev. Walter Jones officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 1:30 Tuesday prior to the service at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and at other times at the residence.
