Bruce Buell

Bruce Robert Buell, 63, lost his three year battle with cancer on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the Hospice Home surrounded by his family. He was born in Los Angeles County, CA to Robert Dwain Buell and Mary Delores Costello Buell who both survive and was the husband of 19 years to Mary Jean Schofield Buell who survives. Bruce was a former railroad conductor with Union Pacific. He was a loving son, husband, father and brother, who will be missed dearly. Survivors other than his wife, Mary and his parents, Robert and Mary include his children, Kristen Buell, Sandy Julian, Timothy Buell, Quinn Buell, Rejeana Williams, Crystal Thacker and Merrie Kate Buell; 21 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a brother, Kevin Buell. The memorial service will be held 10:00am Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel with inurnment to follow at Alamance Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will be at the home.
