Brenda Wilson

BURLINGTON- Mrs. Brenda May Meeks Wilson, 64, of 2135 Durham St. Ext., died Saturday, November 12, 2005 at Alamance Regional Medical Center after a short illness. A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie Lee May and the late Desiree Hill May and was married to Tony Wilson, who survives. She was retired from Annedeen Hosiery and was a member of Glen Raven Baptist Church. Mrs. Wilson is survived by her husband of the home; a daughter, Suzie Meeks Albright of Burlington; three step sons, Todd Wilson of Burlington, Kelly Wilson of Graham, and Chris Wilson of Elon; step grandchild, Peyton Wilson; and a brother, Darrell L. Butch May of Elon. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Thomas Meeks; and a sister, Agnes M. Montgomery. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at Glen Raven Baptist Church by the Rev. Bobby Fann. Interment will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Monday evening at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the home.
