Boaz Euliss, Sr.

Mr. Boaz Hutton Euliss, Sr., 94, of 2244 Rocklane Dr., died Sunday, May 10, 2009 at Alamance Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. A native of Alamance County he was the son of the late William Alfred Euliss and the late Mattie Jane Coble Euliss and was married for over 46 years to Mrs. Mabel Sharpe Euliss, who died in 1980. He retired from Kayser-Roth Hosiery with over 32 years service and was a longtime member of Shiloh Presbyterian Church. Mr. Euliss is survived by his two daughters, Toni Hart and her husband, Gene, of N. Myrtle Beach and Cherry Munn and her husband, Jerry, of Siler City; two sons, Boaz H. Euliss, Jr. and his wife, Carolyn, of Hillsborough and Wayne Euliss and his wife, Pat, of Burlington; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two sisters, Barbara Johnson and Lucy Clapp; and two brothers, Devoe Euliss and Coble Euliss, all of Kimesville. The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 PM Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Carl Parsons. Interment will follow at Alamance Memorial Park.
