Billy Saunders

Burlington, NC Billy Thomas Saunders, age 79, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at the Hospice Home. He was the husband of the late Georgia Miller Saunders and the son of the late Elbert Thomas and Pearl Cobb Saunders. He is survived by his son, Neal Thomas Saunders of Charlotte; brother, Kenneth Saunders of Yanceyville; sisters, Jean Belton of Burlington and Gloria Drummond of Richmond, Va.He was preceded in death his wife, parents and a sister, Doris Saunders. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 11:00 am at Pine Hill Cemetery by Pastor Bennie Smith. Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory are in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell, 914 Chapel Hill Rd. Burlington, NC 27215.
