Billy Carter, Jr.

Billy Monroe Carter, Jr., 51, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014 following several years of failing health. He was born February 5, 1963 in Alamance County to the late Billy M. Carter, Sr. and Sarah Atkinson Chandler who survives. Billy enjoyed spending time with his family and loved to grill. He was also a Duke basketball fan. Survivors include his mother of the home, siblings; Sharon Donald Grubb, Jean Boggs, Baron Chandler, David Chandler, Jeff Virginia Chandler all of Burlington, Billy Elaine Chandler of Hartsville, SC, Mary Carter, Billie Smith, Jeff Carter all of Rockledge, FL, stepmother Dru Carter of Rockledge, FL, a special aunt Dot Atkinson of Hartsville, SC and his dog-Dogg. He was preceded in death by his father Bill Carter and his daddy Ken Chandler. As Billy requested there will be no service.
