Billie Harper

Burlington, NC Billie Jo Obenreder Harper, age 32, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at Duke University Medical Center. She was born in Henry County, Tennessee to William Robert and Deborah Stamps Obenreder both surviving. Billie Jo is survived by her daughter, Brittany Nicole Harper and a son, Spencer Keith Harper both of Burlington; her parents; sisters, Alisha Dawn Lambe and her husband, Roland of Liberty, Leslie Anne Kivett and her husband, Andrew of Burlington; two nieces and one nephew; paternal grandmother, Eleanor Obenreder of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. A memorial mass to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, April 17, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church by the Very Reverend Bob Benko O. F. M, Conv. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 am at the church prior to the service.
