Betty Younger

Betty Williams Younger, 73, of 403 S. Joyner St. went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at the Hospice Home. She was born in Alamance County and was the daughter of the late John C. Williams and the late Sara Bradsher Williams. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Floyd Younger of the home; sister-in-law, Marie B. Parker and her husband, John of Gibsonville; two nephews, David and John Williams; and a great nephew, Jonathan Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Vernon Lee Williams. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Dave Gilbert. The family will receive friends following the service and other times at the home.
