Betty Moore

Betty Jane Moore, 63, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at the Hospice Home surrounded by her family. She was born on April 30, 1952 to the late Willie Thomas Moore and Geneva Whack Jones who survives.

Betty formerly was employed with Cone Mills at the Minneola Plant in Gibsonville.

Survivors other than her mother, Geneva Jones include a daughter, Lori Dion Moore; son, Robert Jabari Jones; sisters, Sherry Moore, Lessie Thompson, Mary Sellars, Virginia Lawson, Vera Harrison, Connie Moore and Charlotte Jones; brother, Clayton Moore. She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Moore; brothers, Charles Moore and Willie L. Moore.

There will be a celebration of life service from 10:00am to 12 Noon on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Alamance-Caswell, 914 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215.
