Benny Younger

Benny Ray Younger,65, passed away Tuesday July 10th at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. He was born October 16, 1952 in Rockingham to the late McLendon and Grace Powell Younger. Benny worked on and restored cars it was his passion. He was a model railroader and enjoyed his trains and sharing them with his family and friends. He loved spending time with his family especially his grand children.
He is survived by his son, Sydney Younger; daughters, Macie Younger-Love and husband Jordan, Melissa Christopher and husband William; grandchildren, E.J. Stewart, Trinity Christopher, James Christopher, Serenity Christopher, Addison Christopher, Aiden Christopher, Marley Barnie and Charley Love; sister, Glenda Slaughter.
There will be a graveside service to celebrate his life 12:00 noon Saturday July 14, 2018 at Gibsonville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at their home
