Barbara Lee Deaton Rieder

Barbara Lee Deaton Rieder, 88, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Ashton Place surrounded by her loving family. Born in Fayetteville, NC she was the daughter of the late John and Ruby Deaton and was married for over 27 years to the late Cyrus “Butch” W. Rieder.

Barbara lived most of her life in Middletown and Miamisburg Ohio where she worked in real-estate and as an assistant social director at Crystal Manor. She always tried to make u smile with her beautiful personality and was a loving, caring mother that wanted the best for her family and friends.

Barbara is survived by her daughter; Babette Autry and her husband; Larry, sons; James Polleys, Jr. and his wife Lorraine and John Rieder and his wife, Erin, grandchildren; Adam Autry and wife, Teresa, Andrew Autry and wife, Chandler, Eric Polleys, Jamie Partridge and husband, Eric, great grandchildren; Gavin Autry, Carson Autry, Charlie Autry, Easton Autry, Carter Autry, Wyatt Autry, Aubrey Partridge and Kaylee Partridge. She was preceded in death by her husband; Cyrus W. Rieder, first husband; James Polleys and parents; John Deaton and Ruby Olive Horne Deaton.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 by Pastor Reid Dickens in the chapel at Lowe Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service in the chapel.
