Arnold Ward

Mebane- Arnold Lee Ward, 65, passed away Friday, September 25, 2015 at his home. He was born in Alamance County on August 19, 1950 to the late George Compton and Addie Rachel Anderson Ward. Survivors include his sons; Frankie Lee Ward and wife Elizabeth, Danny Ward and wife Jaime and a daughter, Amy Edwards and husband Mike, all of Mebane; grandchildren, Brittany, Shannon, Joel, Aaron, Renee, Ethan, Jacob and Madalynn Ward, Randall Oakes, Chandler Wynn, Cannon Edwards and Heather Edwards; sisters, Dorothy W. Carlton, Doris W. Stadler, And Thelma W. Rich. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert Roosevelt Ward, Samuel Newton Ward, Norman Chester Ward and a sister, Geraldine W. Carden. A service to celebrate his life will be held 4:00pm, September 27, 2015 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints - Caswell Ward by Bishop Dwayne Bryant with the burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church and other times at the daughter, Amy's home.
