Mrs. Arma Rae Pickard Webster, 85, of 1401 E. Harden St., died Monday, June 1, 2009 at Alamance Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of the late Jessie A. Pickard and the late Gaynell Webster Pickard and was married to the late Earl Graham Webster, who died in 1985. She was a homemaker and was a member of Swepsonville Baptist Church. Mrs. Webster is survived by three daughters, Dian Webster of the home, Gaynelle Loy Davis of Burlington and Earleen Webster of the home; and two sisters, Treva Brown and Brona Hunter, both of Burlington. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and a brother, Rex Pickard. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 4, 2009 at Linwood Cemetery in Graham by the Rev. Walter Jones. The family will receive friends from 4-8 Wednesday evening at their home at 1401 E. Harden St., Graham. Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Webster family.
