Annie Surles

Burlington, NC Annie Polly Surles, age 78, of Burlington, left this earth to be with Jesus on July 23 at the Hospice Home of Alamance County surrounded by her family. She was born February 28, 1933 to the late Charles and Eunice Norris. She was married to the late Troy Robert Bob Surles. She is preceded in death by three siblings. She leaves to cherish her memories, a daughter, Wendy Bennett and Kevin of Pleasant Garden, NC; a son, Rob Surles and Dawn of Wilmington, NC; and a daughter, Marie Martin of McLeansville, NC; five grandchildren, Michelle Surles, Tonya Pennington, Kendall Murphy, Austin Evans and Shane Surles; and five great grandchildren. She is also survived by 11 silbings. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Rudder. The family will receive friends Monday from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. and other times at the home of Kendall and David Murphy II, 808 S. Elam Avenue, Greensboro.
