Annie Lovelace

Annie Bell Dunevant Lovelace, 77, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 19, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Caswell County and was the daughter of the late Coy and Esther Lou Barts Dunevant. Annie was a lifetime member and diligent worker of Bethel Christian Church where she served as the trustee. She was heavily involved in the Baynes community serving in a capacity of ways. She was a loving mother, grandmother great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Survivors include her son, Joey Michael Lovelace and wife, Debra of Elon; grandchildren, Michelle Powell and husband, Brack, Jennifer Walker and Jordan Walker; great grandchildren, Braedyn and Kolby; sisters, Hilda Stanfield and husband Eurell of Burlington, Nell Smith of Reidsville and Shirley Winebarger of Burlington; brother, Coy "Dickey" Dunevant, Jr. and wife, Linda of Durham; many nieces and nephews; special friends and caregivers, Carolyn "GG" Boykin and Sandra Rudd and her K-9 Companion, "Buster". She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Lawrence Dunevant and brother-in-law, Hilton Smith. A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held 2:00 Monday, July 22, 2013 at Bethel Christian Church by Rev. Barry Lane with the burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3-5pm, Sunday at the church and other times at the home.
