Burlington – Angela Dee Suitt Harris, 52, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at her home. She was born in Harford County, MD on April 29, 1967 to the late Earl Ray Suitt and Linda Marlene Van Hoy Suitt who survives. She leaves behind her husband of 33 years, Douglas Gregg Harris of the home.
Angela worked in Human Resources for the Alamance County Health Department and was licensed as a general contractor. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She possessed a compassionate heart and a kind spirit as she was very instrumental in contributing to the education of her nieces and nephews. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and friend and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her husband, Gregg; son, Colt Harris (Emily); grandchildren, Carleigh and Isleigh; mother, Linda Suitt; sisters, Robin Cecil (Michael), Michelle Suitt and Christine Suitt; five nephews and three nieces. She was preceded in death by her father and sister, Patricia René.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, November 22, 2019 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Ken Smith. The family will receive friends following the service in the chapel and other times at her mother’s home.
