Adrian Curtis Wilson, 69 went home to be with his Lord and Saviour, Tuesday, November 26, 2019. He was born in Alamance county to the late Ralph A. Wilson and Virginia Bryson Wilson who survives and was married to Dee Westbrook Wilson almost 6 years. Adrian was the former owner and operator of Wilson Tire Service and later worked as a driver for Spectrum Labs and Neal Pharmaceuticals. He was a member of People’s Memorial Christian Church where he had been an usher, served on the Board of Directors and Deacons and he was a devout christian. He bought and sold antiques at his booth at Treasures on the Lane. Adrian supported many causes mostly the Wounded Warrior Project, the ASPCA and the Burlington Police Dept. He would help anybody with whatever needed to be done. He enjoyed working on cars, reading and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren and pets Izzy and Bella.
He is survived by his wife Dee Wilson; sons, Ashley C. (Angela) Wilson, Jason (Amy) Westbrook, Michael (Dawn) Westbrook; grandchildren, Emily Wilson, Ayden Wilson, Katlin Wilson, Holden Westbrook, Carter Westbrook, Amanda Westbrook; mother Virginia B. Wilson and a brother Wendell Wilson.
The funeral will be held 2:00 PM Sunday at People’s Memorial Christian Church by Rev. David Grinnell. Interment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends 4:00 – 6:00 PM Saturday at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. and at other times at the home.
Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors, the ASPCA or the Burlington Police Dept.
